HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR AN ESTIMATE?

We do not charge for estimates on vehicles that are potentially going to be repaired at B&J Body Shop. If you need a document for a legal matter or to make a settlement with another party, then we may charge a nominal fee for these services.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO GET AN ESTIMATE?

An appointment is not required for an estimate. We do encourage you to call ahead and schedule your estimate to minimize your wait time; but walk-ins are always welcome. Feel free to stop by any time during business hours.

CAN MY INSURANCE COMPANY TELL ME WHERE I HAVE TO GO FOR REPAIRS?

No. You have the right to get your vehicle repaired at any shop you choose; and it’s important that you choose the shop that you feel will take the best possible care of you and your vehicle. Just inform your insurance agent or claim handler that you want to have your vehicle repaired at B&J Body Shop.

DO I HAVE TO COME TO YOUR SHOP FOR AN ESTIMATE?

While it’s always recommended that you come to the shop for an estimate, we do have other options available. We can email or text a link for a phone app that enables you to take photos and capture info we need to prepare an estimate based on your photos. Another option is to have an estimator come to your home or work. If you wish to use one of these options, please follow the prompts on our web page or call our friendly staff during business hours and they will be happy to provide instructions for these options.

DO I HAVE TO GET MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE?

No, there is no need to get multiple estimates. An insurance company may ask you to take your vehicle to one of “their” shops to get a preliminary estimate. If this happens, please call one of our estimators to get some coaching on how to save some time with all of this running around.

DO YOU ACCEPT ALL INSURANCE CARRIERS?

Yes. We work with any insurance company to handle your repairs as quickly and conveniently as we can.

WHEN DO I PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE?

We will collect your deductible when the repairs are complete and we deliver your vehicle back to you. We accept cash, check, or any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

DO YOU WAIVE THE DEDUCTIBLE?

We do not waive deductibles. If you feel there is a reason for the deductible to be waived you should speak to your insurance company.

DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?

We do not offer any payment plans at this time. Any deductible or payment will be collected when your vehicle is delivered.

ARE YOUR REPAIRS GUARANTEED?

At B&J Body Shop we strive to provide the highest quality repairs available. Our workmanship and paint are warrantied for as long as you own your vehicle. Parts are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s warranty.

DO YOU PROVIDE RENTAL OR LOANER CARS?

We do not have rental or loaner cars available at the shop. However, we will be happy to help you coordinate with a rental company and/or your insurance company to make the process smooth and seamless for you.

DO YOU OFFER A SHUTTLE SERVICE?

Yes. We will be happy to take you to your home or office. Please arrange the time and destination with one of our friendly office staff.
